new 2021 Forest River Flagstaff Classic 8529CSB Fifth Wheel
with a rear living room, island kitchen and King slide-out bedroom! It is a quality built, super lite aluminum frame triple slide fifth wheel!
On the exterior you will find premium gel gloss fiberglass with cast front cap, outstanding styling and graphics, outside shower, rear ladder, outside kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, griddle, work table and cabinets, plenty of storage including a huge front pass-thru compartment, aluminum wheels, auto leveling, frameless tinted windows, two adjustable power awnings with LED Lighting, premium aluminum entry steps and an LCI Turning Point pin box that eliminates the need for a slider hitch on short bed truck!
The spacious living area features opposing slide-out rooms with the entertainment center across from theatre seating. Do you ship RVs?
We can arrange delivery, the current transport rate is .95 per loaded mile (one way) for delivery to the contiguous United States. This rate is subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. If the rate does change, We will make our best effort to update the rate in a timely manner. You may estimate transportation costs by using an online mapping service, we are located in Walcott, Iowa. You might also check uship.com. It has become very difficult to transport into Canada due to broker requirements, if you would be interested in a rendezvous on the U.S. side of the border, we will provide the required bill of sale, no-recall letter and certificate of origin for Canadian import. Please contact us for our current transport schedule before buying or bidding.
Can you provide us with a hitch?
A standard fifth wheel hitch for a long bed is 0. A slider hitch for a 6.5' bed is 0, that includes installation at our location. Add 0 if you need a brake controller. We use Reese Pro hitch components. *
Additional brackets and hardware may be needed for some trucks.
Does this RV come with a warranty?
All of our new units come with a full manufacturer's warranty, good throughout the U.S. and Canada. In the unlikely event you would need warranty service, simply contact our service department and we will assist you in arranging service at your nearest authorized service center. We also offer the lowest priced extended service plans in the industry!
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do offer financing for U.S. citizens at very competitive rates. You can

Are your RVs fully prepped and ready to use?
Yes, all of our RVs are fully prepped including full L.P. tanks, RV battery and sewer hose where applicable. All equipment is checked for proper functionality. We also offer a full complimentary orientation at our location.
Do you have more than one of this model in stock?
There are generally multiple examples of this model with equal equipment at the time of listing.

We are located in Walcott, Iowa on I-80 at exit 284.
Do you take trade-ins?

The Quad City International Airport (MLI) is about 25 miles away, we will arrange transportation to our location in Walcott, Iowa.

International sales are considered on an individual basis, FOB our Iowa location. All RVs offered are compliant with the regulatory requirements of the United States and Canada only.
