Small initials seen on body of the pitcher which may be of the artist who hand painted the piece
This is a sweet vintage pitcher made in the USA by American Bisque. I do not know if it was made in the West Virginia factory or in the APCO plant in Ohio. These pieces are identified by the distinctive wedges on the bottom. These wedges raised the item from the floor of the kiln during the firing process.
I believe that this piece dates to 1960s.
These wonderful vintage pitchers make perfect vases for your summer flowers. Of course, it can always be used for the intended purpose. They make a great decorative addition to the dining table.
