Brown, green and pink floral swirl full swing skirt. Elastic waistband with decorative tie at the side. Fully lined. No material tag but it is 100% cotton. Slight normal fading. (Pairs great with pink sweater in separate listing.)
Tag says 24 months but this run very large. It measures closer to a 4T and it was worn till size 6.
