Tested working, batteries will not be included.
Body is clean without discoloration but there is some dirt stuck under the face plate in the front. There are some scratches on the face plate and the screen. There is a lage scratch on the screen in the center. Battery compartment is clean without any corrosion.
Included is a replacement plastic heart pierce, it is not the original silicone one.
Device is in Japanese.
