Brand new and never been removed from the box. The tape seal is still intact. This replica of the Gen 1 Tamagotchi from 1996 was a 2018 San Diego Comic Con exclusive. It features the same programming as the original. Only very limited numbers were available per day at the Bandai booth during the Con and they sold out within the first 15 minutes. I was told by an employee that they only made a total of approximately 500. You only see very few of these offered on eBay each year. My asking price is lower than some sold Tamagotchis that have multiple listings.
