VICTORIAN Gold Shoe Painted w Flowers PIN CUSHION, Silk Ribbon (Ribbon Damaged)

Description

A lovely Victorian pincushion in form of WOODEN shoe with flowers painted on old (dark) gold background.
There are remains of a silk ribbon "shoe lace", blue silk ribbon bow and a small metal wreath-like ornament.
The whole thing measures about 7" x 2" x 4 1/4". Weighs almost 1/2" lb.
CONDITION OF PINCUSHION:
Silk ribbon "shoe lace" almost completely disintegrated. Blue ribbon bow fraying.
Wood part in good condition. Velvet pincushion top cleaned with a dryish home dry-cleaning sheet ( remarkable amount of dirt came off.)
