ANTIQUE
ELECTRO-STATIC CLEANER
This vintage clothes brush is made from an early plastic patented as Pyroxoloid (pat. 2149556) by  Jesse H Smith in 1939   You rub it back and forth  until it creates static and the lint sticks to the underside, then you just brush it off.   I tried it and it works great!
It comes in its original box, with the original instructions.
It measures about 7-1/2” long and 2-1/2” wide.
Cleaner is in excellent condition. Box has wear
